Maria has been professionally trained as a coach at the Academy for Coaching Excellence. Maria is  certified by the International Coaching Federation. She also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Louisiana State University (LSU). For over 15 years Maria was a Health Care professional, with experience with program development, operations and system implementation, policy and procedure constructions and financial and personnel management.
